Slightly darker than our House Select, with more roastiness up front. It is a 100% Central American blend, roasted to a medium, City+ level.

Note that the beans used in this blend may vary on occasion, due to crop and/or seasonal changes in availability, but we will strive to make it with a similar flavor profile and roast level.
